    Stretching is a routine that I adopted as a young woman in college. I am convinced that it is the foundation of my alert nature. When my colleagues were busy drinking coffee cup after cup trying to “wake up”, I was conducting 8AM meetings and surpassing performance expectations. As a septuagenarian, I stretch in bed as soon as I wake. “Still in the “game”! Thank you Dr. Fisk for your comprehensive interventions. The newsletter is an important piece of mental and physical treatment when employed in general and particularly when used in concert with your gentle treatments.
